LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY

MODEL HE65, HE90, HE110, HE125, HE150

G&F Manufacturing, Inc. warrants the Gulfstream Heat Pump, to the original owner and installation site, to be free of material or workmanship defects for a limited term. Specific warranty terms, by region or state, are listed at the end of this document. This warranty shall begin upon date of purchase, verified by the homeowner's proof of purchase documents or, in lieu of owner's documents, from date of manufacture. The full warranty term includes parts and labor charges to remove, repair or replace defective components, or failure due to workmanship. Claim for warranty reimbursement must have prior authorization by G&F Manufacturing, Inc. and be performed by a factory authorized service center. This warranty is void if the product identification label is altered or removed. This warranty is void if the owner is delinquent with any invoices. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or altered in any way by any persons or agencies other than those authorized by G&F Manufacturing, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral.

The titanium tube portion of the heat exchanger has a limited lifetime warranty. If the titanium tube portion only of the heat exchanger should require replacement due to corrosive water conditions, G&F Manufacturing, Inc. will make available to the original owner a replacement part at no charge to the original owner.

The warranty is applicable only if the unit's installation and operation is expressly and completely followed in accordance with the manufactured model's owner/installation manual. These documents are furnished with each unit and are available by contacting the G&F Manufacturing, Inc. factory. The liability of G&F Manufacturing, Inc. shall not exceed the repair or replacement of defective parts, and shall not include consumables including refrigerant or transportation charges for equipment or component parts to or from the factory. At the option of G&F Manufacturing, the Owner may be required to return the product to the factory, freight prepaid, to provide warranty service. G&F Manufacturing reserves the right to replace defective parts with new or refurbished parts at its sole discretion. The owner shall be responsible for any travel charges that may be incurred by the service center or service agent. G&F Manufacturing, Inc. is not liable for any damages of any sort whatsoever, including incidental and consequential damages. This warranty does not include services such as inspections, maintenance, or unnecessary service calls due to erroneous operational reports, external valve positions, water flow issues, or electrical service. This warranty does not include the repair of damage due to aggressive water chemistry in the pool or spa water (the titanium tube is covered by warranty with aggressive water chemistry), damage to any internal piping or components due to freezing conditions, negligence, abuse, installations in corrosive environments or atmospheres nor acts of God. There are no implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose that apply to this product. All parties agree any litigation must be brought in Lee County Florida and consent to personal jurisdiction and venue. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

The 2/5/Lifetime Warranty is for domestic United States sales only. Two (2) years full parts and labor. Five (5) years limited parts only (No Labor). The titanium tube portion of the heat exchanger is warranted for life on a parts only basis. The homeowner is responsible for all labor charges after year two (2).
