Thank you for your prompt and courteous answer to our problem with the pool heater! It took our complex 4 years to have it installed so when it whent on the “fritz” the complaints were abundant. I wish all the service calls I have made were as fabulous as yours!

I write this letter with appreciation for the prompt and courteous service we received from Advance Solar to repair a leak in our roof solar heating system.

In particular, I would like to commend your service technicians Jason and Sean who performed the repairs. Both men were courteous and thoroughly explained the problem and the repair solution.

Since purchasing our home in 2005 we have always been able to count on Advance Solar.

I just wanted to touch base with you about our solar panel installation. Jesse and Moses worked diligently to complete the job before dark; they are extremely hard workers, I would be happy to have them work with me again.

I wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to all of the Advance Solar & Spa staff who helped to get my pool up and running again! After hurricane Wilma, looking at green, cold water with no way to circulate, I hated to even look out the back door!

Thanks to all of you, I now have a blue, warm pool that is clean and once again a pleasure. It has been wonderful dealing with your business and staff.

I called many companies in the Naples yellow pages that did not know how to or didn’t have the personnel to fix my spa, but they always referred me to a company I refuse to work with! The exception was Golden Gate Pool & Spa, who referred me to your company.

This letter is just to let you know that we were very pleased with the work that your company did in removing and returning our solar panels to our roof. Jon and Shawn were excellent workers. They were skillful, pleasant and very fast. Their work speaks well for you company. We actually enjoyed having them here.

We would like to thank your company for the quick response to our calls about our solar panels and heat pump in the last year. We have dealt with other contractors and companies who have provided poor, if any, help on other issues with our new home.

Recently I contacted your salesman Mr. Larry Rogers, because I was not able to turn my solar on for the second season. He had been most helpful, when I decided to install solar heat for my pool, so I had confidence that he would solve this problem for me .He arranged for a couple of friendly and able guys to come and look at the problem. They took care of the problem and now it is working well.

Thank you for your excellent and willing staff I will certainly recommend you to potential buyers.

On June 1, 2006, I spoke with someone in your company regarding a discovered leak in my solar heat system. The gentleman told me that someone would contact me for the repair. I had turned off the system to stop the bad leak. Your company was true to their word! Within a few days, I noticed the system had been turned on and working. I took a look from a ladder to find the repair had been done. I commend you and your company for your efficiency and the way you deal with your customers.

Going through the process of having my pool installed has had a lot of ups and downs. You guys have certainly been my favorite up. You are courteous and patient and understand and listen to your customers.

The water heater is working fine; you have excellent installers. They worked from 10:00am to 5:00pm. They didn’t even stop for lunch.
