Dear Advance Solar,
With this letter I would like to express my appreciation to Advance Solar and recommend them to other home owners for any similar project. A solar hot water system for my home as well as a pool solar system was installed at the end of 2009. Mason and Dan did the install. They are completely professional and did an outstanding job. Furthermore they were also articulate and patient in explaining the details of the system. Amy, back at the office, was an extremely good communicator and very responsive. Jake sold us the system..and he was able to present all the info we needed in a balanced way to help us feel completely confident decision.
We have used the systems for several months now in quarter 1 of 2010 and are very satisfied with its performance.

February 7, 2008 Thank you for your prompt and courteous answer to our problem with the pool heater! After hurricane Wilma, looking at green, cold water with no way to circulate, I hated to even look out the back door! Oct 15, 2006 Recently I contacted your salesman Mr. Larry Rogers, because I was not able to turn my solar on for the second season. He had been most helpful, when I decided to install solar heat for my pool, so I had confidence that he would solve this problem for me. He arranged for a couple of friendly and able guys to come and look at the problem. They took care of the problem and now it is working well. June 12 2006 On June 1, 2006, I spoke with someone in your company regarding a discovered leak in my solar heat system. The gentleman told me that someone would contact me for the repair. I had turned off the system to stop the bad leak. Your company was true to their word! Within a few days, I noticed the system had been turned on and working. I took a look from a ladder to find the repair had been done. I commend you and your company for your efficiency and the way you deal with your customers. |
